Hi, I'm Kristi Seymour, I have been both a competitive rider for over 50 years and a licensed therapist for over 20 years — so there really is no reason to struggle alone anymore.- I have been there !! I have competed in show jumping up to 1.45m and I have a Bronze Medal in Dressage. I am passionate about helping riders like you master their emotions and improve their performance. I understand the challenges riders face and have developed this guide to provide you with practical tools for emotional regulation.
